  • At this time, Womens Workout World ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Womens Workout World ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    When will I get my order?

    Your order will ship within 2-3 business days and will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Generally orders are recieved within 7-10 business days from date of purchase

    How do I return a product?

    1) Products may be returned for a refund if the item meets the following requirements:

    It has not been worn or washed. A damaged item can only be returned if the damage is/was caused by seller.

    The return shipping is the responsiblity of the costumer.

    The customer MUST proved orignal receipt and/or order number along with returned item(s).

    Returns will not be accepted more than 45 days past purchase date.

    2) Customer should contact W3 Customer Service: Apparel Division at 708-429-7766 ext.233 if there are additional questions.

    Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of Corporate approval.

    How do exchanges work?

    Exchanges for wrong size for color or style will be honored within 30 days of purchase. Item must meet RETURN POLICY criteria. Costumer assumes responsibility to ship the item to Corporate office. Must include original order form with the excahnge issue stated. A replacement will be shipped out within 7 business days after we recieve product(s). Exchanges are given at the current price of the item(s), unless the item was on sale at time of purchase. In this case the item will be exchanged for an exact product match or an item of the cost of the exchange.
